The following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MM Umrah Taxis KSA Transport’s transportation services:
Booking Policy: Customers can book our services by contacting us through our phone number or email. We require customers to provide us with accurate information about their travel plans, including pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, and times. We also require customers to provide us with their contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, to ensure smooth communication.
Payment Policy: We accept payment through various methods, including cash and online transfers. Payment is due at the time of booking, and we require customers to pay a deposit to confirm their booking. The deposit amount varies based on the type of service and the size of the group.
Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their booking by providing us with a notice of at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. We will refund the full deposit amount for cancellations made within the 24-hour notice period. However, we will not refund the deposit for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Liability Policy: MM Umrah Taxis KSA Transport is not liable for any loss or damage to customers’ personal belongings during transportation. We are also not liable for any delays or missed appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic or weather conditions.
Conduct Policy: We expect our customers to behave appropriately during transportation and follow the local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate or offensive behavior.
Modification Policy: We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage customers to check our website regularly for any updates or changes.
