1. Deposit Refund: We require customers to pay a deposit to confirm their booking. If a customer cancels their booking within the 24-hour notice period, we will refund the full deposit amount. However, if a customer cancels their booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, we will not refund the deposit.

2. No-Show Refund: If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled pick-up time and does not notify us of the cancellation, we will consider it a no-show. In such cases, we will not refund the deposit or any other payment made by the customer.

3. Service Refund: If we fail to provide our services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a breakdown of our vehicle or a natural disaster, we will refund the full payment made by the customer. However, if we fail to provide our services due to reasons within our control, such as a driver’s absence or vehicle unavailability, we will refund the full payment made by the customer.

4. Refund Request: To request a refund, customers must contact us through phone or email and provide us with their booking details and the reason for the refund request. We will review the refund request and process it within a reasonable time.

5. Refund Method: We will refund the payment to the original payment method used by the customer. If the payment was made through cash, we will refund the amount through bank transfer or any other method agreed upon by the customer.

6. Refund Review: We reserve the right to review and modify our Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage customers to review our Refund Policy regularly for any updates or changes.
